About
Merkabah Ministries is an independent Christian ministry offering biblical teaching, videos, and study resources to help people grow in their knowledge of Jesus Christ and apply Scripture with wisdom, compassion, and discernment.
Our faith centers on Jesus Christ—His virgin birth, sinless life, teachings, ministry, miracles, death, burial, resurrection, and imminent return. We proclaim His gospel as the power of God unto salvation and believe the Holy Spirit continues to guide, teach, and equip believers.
Our focus includes spiritual growth, the application of biblical principles to human behavior and relationships, and biblical end-time prophecy in relation to current events. We also explore questions where faith, politics, scientific understanding, and human experience intersect. We welcome those seeking deeper understanding, including people wrestling with difficult or less frequently discussed subjects.
Our approach joins careful study of Scripture with prayer, spiritual discernment, and honest examination. We consider historical context, literary expression, and practical application, using Scripture to illuminate Scripture. We distinguish biblical statements from our interpretations and approach disagreements with clarity and respect.
We believe enduring moral principles require careful application to individual circumstances. Our teaching encourages freedom in the Spirit alongside accountability, compassion, and integrity. Through this work, we seek to serve people by encouraging sincere inquiry and thoughtful discernment.
The ministry is led by Zebedee “Zeb” Jones, who was ordained in 2015. His background includes Christian growth and development training through Western Michigan Teen Challenge, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and master’s degrees in New Media Journalism and Public Relations. He graduated valedictorian of Full Sail University’s New Media Journalism program and brings experience in writing, communications, and multimedia production.
Our purpose is to help people draw closer to God, grow in the likeness of Christ, and express that growth in how they live and treat others.
